Mazica Party - S01
The story follows wizards who collect "mazica" to protect the world. Kezuru, a junior high student, wakes from a strange dream where he’s a wizard alongside a creature called a "mazin" and an unfamiliar girl. The next day, his friend Kuracchi excitedly introduces him to the newly released "Mazica Party" card game. Kezuru is stunned to find the game’s cards feature the exact same characters from his dream. Soon after, Kezuru gets an invite to an event hosted by Mazica, a major global company. Curious, he visits the Mazica Store, where he meets the CEO, Jeff Johns. "I have great expectations for you," Johns says, handing Kezuru a piece of "Mazica Gear." On his way home, Kezuru is ambushed by a strange airship-like monster. Just as he braces for the worst, his Mazica Gear activates, summoning a magic book. When he scratches a card, he forms a contract with Barunya-a "mazin" that looks like a bizarre mix of an airship and a cat. A mysterious girl named Anya tells Kezuru that he and others like him are destined to become "the true wizards who save the world." Amid these bewildering events, Kezuru enrolls at Mazica Academy and begins battling in "Mazica Party" card duels with his mazin partner.
