Lazarus - S01

In 2048, Dr. Deniz Skinner, a scientific genius considered second only to Einstein, created a groundbreaking painkiller called Hapna. Cheap and seemingly free of side effects, the drug quickly became widely used-though Skinner mysteriously disappeared a year after its release. For a time, people basked in the relief and euphoria Hapna provided, but their happiness was short-lived. By 2052, Skinner resurfaces with a chilling revelation: Hapna was engineered to mutate into a deadly poison, killing everyone who took it. He claims to have a cure but will only share it if someone tracks him down within 30 days. Axel Gilberto, a rebellious young man serving an 888-year sentence in a maximum-security prison, is forcibly recruited by a group known as Lazarus. Made up of oddball outcasts, their sole mission is to locate Skinner. With no way out and their survival at stake, Lazarus races against time to find him before humanity’s clock runs out.
