Kyousougiga - S01
京騒戯画 , Kyousogiga (TV)
A long time ago, a monk named Myoue lived with the ability to bring his drawings to life. He shared a quiet life with his wife Koto-a black rabbit in human form-and their three children: Yakushimaru, Kurama, and Yase. When the high priest decided Myoue’s creations caused too much trouble, he demanded a resolution. Instead, the family slipped away to an alternate world Myoue had drawn-the Looking Glass City. For a time, life was peaceful-until Myoue and Koto mysteriously disappeared. Their children were left to tend to the city, with Yakushimaru taking on his father’s name and responsibilities. But their struggles deepened when a girl named Koto fell from the sky, claiming she too was searching for the missing couple. Wielding a massive hammer and accompanied by two unruly familiars, this new Koto might be the one who can free them all from the endless paper world.
