Every year, Rikkyouin High School holds a lottery to choose the next Student Council. On his first day, Chihiro Enomoto wins the presidency, and his childhood friend Tokino Akiyama draws the vice-president’s spot. But there’s a condition: before taking office, they must complete a one-year apprenticeship under the current council. If they fail to perform even the smallest assigned task, they’ll be expelled from the school immediately.
