Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! - S01

Midori Asakusa views the world through a unique lens. Always sketching in her notebook, she brings both real-life scenes and the vibrant worlds of her imagination to life. Even a casual doodle on a wall transforms into a frantic spaceship hull repair in her mind. Her best friend, Sayaka Kanamori, is the one who pulls her back to reality. The two couldn’t be more different-Asakusa’s wide-eyed creativity clashes with Kanamori’s practical, business-minded attitude. Their lives take a turn when they accidentally "rescue" the aspiring model Tsubame Misuzaki from her overbearing bodyguard. Asakusa and Misuzaki quickly bond over their shared love for art and animation-Asakusa obsesses over backgrounds, while Misuzaki excels at drawing people. Seeing potential profit, Kanamori proposes forming an animation club, though they call it a "motion picture club" to bypass the school’s existing anime club rules. Together, the three embark on a journey to create animation that could leave the world speechless. From director Masaaki Yuasa, "Eizouken ni wa Te wo Dasu na!" is a celebration of animation’s endless possibilities, bursting with creativity and passion for the craft.
