Katana Maidens: Toji no Miko - S01

For generations, shrine maidens armed with swords have protected the human world by purging malevolent spirits known as "aratama." These sword-wielding girls, called "Toji," dress in school uniforms and operate as part of a police unit officially recognized as the "special religious service police squad." The government grants them the authority to carry swords and serve as public officials, while also maintaining five dedicated schools across the country to train them. Every spring, each school selects its most skilled Toji to compete in a tournament. As the event approaches, the chosen representatives push themselves through intense training, honing their abilities to reach new heights.
