Tensions rise between the clans as the Green King's actions push the world toward chaos. With the Gold King gone, the Dresden Slate-the source of the Kings' power-is in danger. Nagare Hisui, the cunning leader of the Green Clan Jungle, will stop at nothing to claim the Slate for himself. Opposing him is Sceptre 4, the Blue Clan, led by their resolute King, Reishi Munakata. But his Sword of Damocles is weakening, putting his clan and all of Japan at risk. Meanwhile, Anna Kushina and her fiery clan, HOMRA, still reeling from past losses, are dragged into the Green King's schemes. Kurou Yatogami and Neko, left unprotected, search for their missing friend, Yashiro Isana, the Silver King. As the clans clash with the Green King's overwhelming forces, a final king emerges.
