Izumo

A historical fantasy set in third-century Japan, blending myth and legend. It follows Izumo, the carefree young prince of Nakatsukuni, who prefers adventure over his studies-unlike his studious cousin Dekiru. When a mysterious girl named Sanae stows away on an airship, Izumo learns she’s from the hidden Naga people, gifted with magic, though she claims to be from Yamataikoku. After Sanae is kidnapped by Takeru, a warrior from the rival kingdom of Akusa, and imprisoned by the sinister witch Yomihime, Izumo sets out to save her. With the help of Navi, an orphaned glider pilot, he must wield his kingdom’s sacred sword and unlock its power. But first, he must face the legendary eight-headed serpent, Yamata-no-Orochi, awakened from slumber.
