Invaders of the Rokujouma!? - S01

When Koutarou Satomi's father is suddenly transferred for work, the high school freshman needs to find affordable housing on his own. He gladly takes the opportunity to rent Room 106 in Corona House for just five thousand yen a month. At first, everything seems fine-until he discovers a strange cave during his part-time job. The next night, Koutarou finds his room invaded by a group of unusual girls, each insisting the apartment belongs to them. There's Sanae Higashihongan, a ghost who claims to haunt the place; Yurika, a self-proclaimed magical girl; Theiamillis Gre Fortorthe, an alien princess; and Kiriha Kurano, a descendant of the Earth People. Worse yet, they all have their own reasons for needing the room and refuse to give it up without a struggle. "Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?" is a chaotic, lighthearted battle for a tiny six-tatami apartment, blending supernatural clashes, high school romance, and a landlady who's far friendlier than she seems.
