To stand against them, warriors known as the Precure fight to protect humanity, their heroic battles making them famous worldwide. Hime Shirayuki, the princess of the kingdom that once safeguarded the Axia, transforms into "Cure Princess" to confront the Empire's monsters. But her shy nature often holds her back, leaving her struggling in battle. Seeking a partner, she befriends Megumi Aino, a carefree high schooler. When a Phantom Empire general attacks, Hime falters-but Megumi, driven by her desire to protect her friend, awakens her own power and becomes "Cure Lovely."
