Hand Shakers - S01

Those chosen by the Revelation of Babel must endure countless battles and trials. By joining hands with their fated partner, these "Hand Shakers" are drawn into Ziggurat, a timeless alternate world. Each pair must fight for the chance to meet God, who will grant them one wish if they succeed. Tazuna Takatsuki, a high school student who enjoys fixing things, becomes a Hand Shaker after accepting a repair job from Professor Makihara at a nearby university. There, he meets Koyori Akutagawa, a bedridden girl who reminds him of his late sister Musubu. Recalling Musubu's dying wish-that he never let go of her hand-Tazuna takes Koyori's hand and awakens his power. But Koyori's life now depends on their connection; if he releases her, she will die. Their only hope is to reach God, so they must learn to synchronize their abilities, defeat the other Hand Shakers, and make their wish a reality.
