Haigakura - S01

The world's balance is thrown into chaos when the Four Perils-malevolent gods-break free from their seals and vanish, taking eight million lesser deities with them. Without the gods, the land withers, and famine threatens the country of the Eight Immortals. To restore order, the kashi, skilled dancers and singers, must track down the missing gods across other realms, using their performances to charm the deities and reseal them with the power of their rosaries. Ichiyou is a master dancer but faces mockery from fellow kashi for his poor singing. Despite this, the Eight Immortals entrust him with the critical mission of retrieving the Four Perils before the world collapses into ruin. With the help of his familiars, Tenkou and Kaka, Ichiyou sets out on his dangerous quest, which leads him to modern-day Japan. To succeed, he must not only find the gods but also unravel the mystery behind their disappearance-a mystery that appears hauntingly linked to his own past.
