Graveyard Kitaro - S01

Kitarou is a youkai boy born in a graveyard, the last surviving member of the Ghost tribe except for his mostly decomposed father. His left eye is missing, though his hair usually hides the empty socket. He works to maintain peace between humans and youkai, often by defending humans from the schemes of other supernatural beings. This adaptation of Kitarou's story draws from the original "Hakaba Kitarou" manga, the source material that later inspired the well-known "Gegege no Kitarou" series in the 1960s.
