Fractale - S01

Since the Fractale system was put in place, the world has enjoyed an era of peace. People live isolated lives, sustained by the Fractale terminals embedded in their bodies, free to pursue their personal interests. Clain Necran spends his days scavenging technological relics from the time before Fractale, with only the Doppels-his parents' advanced holographic clones-for company. One day, he meets Phryne, the first real girl he’s ever encountered, and is immediately drawn to her. But she’s on the run from The Lost Millennium, a group opposed to the Fractale system, and before vanishing, she entrusts Clain with a mysterious artifact. Determined to rescue Phryne and return what she left behind, Clain embarks on a journey to find her. His search leads him into the depths of the Fractale system, where uncovering its secrets may prove far more dangerous than he ever expected.
