Flip Flappers - S01

Cocona is an ordinary middle schooler living with her grandmother, unsure of what she wants to do with her life. One day, she meets a peculiar girl named Papika, who pulls her into an organization called Flip Flap. Swept up by Papika's boundless energy, Cocona is taken into Pure Illusion-a strange alternate world-where they search for crystal fragments. After completing their task, they're transported to another part of Pure Illusion, only to be attacked by a dangerous creature. To defend themselves, the girls use their crystals to transform: Cocona becomes Pure Blade, and Papika becomes Pure Barrier. Just as they try to fight the creature, three rivals from another organization intervene, defeating it and stealing a fragment of its remains. Realizing they’ll need to face stronger foes and outmatch their competitors, Cocona and Papika understand they must learn to synchronize their emotions and work together to harness their full power.
