Fantasia Sango – Realm of Legends - S01

Even after their defeat, the remnants of the Taipingtao Rebellion refuse to surrender, dragging China into an endless war. The lingering despair from the rebellion's countless deaths begins to coalesce into a toxic miasma, spawning monstrous creatures called "wangliang." These beings can possess humans, twisting them into demons and fueling more deaths-deepening the cycle of suffering. To combat this threat, the immortal "Tianyuan" designate chosen warriors as "Hunters," supported by the "Guizhan"-specialists crafted by the Tianyuan who can absorb miasma and even become demons themselves, serving as vital weapons against the wangliang. When an out-of-control Guizhan destroys the Sixth Hunter Unit, the Tianyuan assign three skilled Hunters-Ji Ying, Qiao Xun, and Yan Ding-to rebuild it. Yet, in a puzzling move, they also enlist Xiao Ling, the very Guizhan responsible for the unit's downfall. Despite simmering distrust, the newly formed team must overcome their conflicts and unite their powers to defeat their shared enemy.
