Elfen Lied

Diclonius are mutated humans believed to be chosen by God-destined to bring about mankind's downfall. They have two horns and a "sixth sense" that grants them telekinetic powers. Because of this dangerous ability, the government has captured and imprisoned them in secret labs. Lucy, a young and unstable Diclonius, escapes her confinement, slaughtering most of the guards before being shot in the head during her getaway. She survives, washing up on a beach where two teenagers, Kouta and Yuka, find her. With her memories gone, she can only say the word "Nyuu," so they name her after it and take her into Kouta's home. But the violent "Lucy" may not be as gone as she seems...
