Most teenage gamers would find the idea of teaming up with their mom in an online game both unlikely and awkward. Yet that’s exactly what happens to Masato Oosuki. After filling out a random survey, he’s suddenly transported into a fantasy MMORPG-and his mother, Mamako, ends up joining him. To make things even stranger, Mamako turns out to be an overpowered swordswoman with the ability to hit multiple enemies in just two strikes. After some initial tension between them, they set out to recruit more party members, meeting the merchant Porta and the sage Wise, and begin their quest to beat the game.
