Detroit Metal City
Detroit Metal City (DMC) is a wildly popular indie death metal band, notorious for its dark, vulgar style. Their flamboyant frontman, Johannes Krauser II, is said to be a demonic figure risen from hell to rule over humanity-or at least, that’s the persona he’s crafted for the public. In reality, Krauser II is just the stage name of Souichi Negishi, a mild-mannered college graduate who prefers Swedish pop and a quiet life. But to pay the bills, he’s forced to perform in DMC’s over-the-top concerts. The story follows Negishi’s chaotic double life as he struggles to balance his band’s outrageous demands, a potential romance, and the relentless devotion of his fans.
