Darwin's Game - S01

High schooler Kaname Sudou gets a strange invitation from a classmate to try "Darwin's Game," a mobile game he doesn’t recognize. When he opens the app, a green snake bursts from his phone screen and bites his neck, knocking him out. He wakes up in the school infirmary with no sign of the bite and is sent home early. Though confused, he shrugs it off as a weird hallucination and heads for the train. Unable to resist his curiosity, he opens the app again. At first, it seems like a normal battle game, and he starts his first match, relieved. But his relief vanishes when his opponent materializes in front of him in real life-wielding a knife and hunting him down. Fleeing for his life, Kaname finally understands the truth: "Darwin's Game" isn’t just a game. It’s a deadly battle where losing means death.
