Skull, the ruthless leader of the terrorist group Black Ghost, commands nine formidable cyborgs. However, Dr. Isaac Gilmore, the organization’s cybernetics expert, betrays them, aiding the cyborgs in their rebellion against Skull and his sinister plans.
