Five years after dismantling the Black Ghost organization and settling back into ordinary lives, the 00 Cyborgs are forced into battle once more-this time against cyborgs modeled after Norse gods. Soon, they face an even greater threat: the rise of a new enemy group called the Neo Black Ghost.
