Corpse Princess - S01

Six months after Tagami Keisei's death at the hands of the Shichisei, an elite group of Shikabane driven by more than just regrets, Kagami Ouri honors Keisei's final request by forming a temporary contract with Makina. This bond keeps her from becoming a Shikabane herself. Now, Ouri trains to become a full-fledged monk so he can maintain their partnership and stand by Makina as she battles the Shichisei-the same group that slaughtered her family and later killed Keisei. But the fight grows more complicated when Shishidou Akasha, a rogue monk, joins forces with the Shichisei, aiming to wipe out all Shikabane Hime and dismantle the Kougon Sect, the monastic order that employs them.
