Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle - S01

Saku Chitose seems to have the perfect high school life. With undeniable charm, unshakable confidence, and an easygoing nature, he’s the kind of person others instinctively admire. But his popularity comes with a cost-not everyone approves of him, and when he stands out too much, quiet resentment follows. For Saku, living an "ugly" life is worse than dying, a belief that fuels his obsession with keeping his flawless image intact. At the beginning of his second year, Saku’s homeroom teacher asks him to convince a classmate, Kenta Yamazaki, to return to school after a long absence. Expecting a quick resolution, Saku is caught off guard when Kenta openly despises him and everything he stands for. What should have been a simple task instead highlights the divide between those who thrive in the social spotlight and those who’ve never had a chance to step into it. Under the watchful eyes of classmates who both idolize and resent him, Saku walks the thin line between authenticity and pretense-struggling to understand what it really means to live a "beautiful" life in a world that only judges the surface.
