Chibi Goddess Karin - S01

Thirteen-year-old Karin Hanazono's life feels unbearably bleak. After losing her parents at a young age, she lives with an aunt who constantly belittles her for her bad grades, calling her stupid and useless. Her only comfort, her cat Shii-chan, recently died, leaving her utterly alone. The only keepsake from her parents is a ring her mother gave her, which she clings to as her last connection to the past. Everything changes when Himeka Kuujou, a kind girl who also lost her parents, and her cousin Kazune Kuujou, who claims to dislike girls, approach Karin. They're searching for a goddess-and to their surprise, Karin's ring glows in their presence, filling her with light. Suddenly, she's sharper, quicker, and able to grant wishes. The ring reveals she's the goddess they've been seeking. But now that her power is awakened, others will hunt her for it…
