The story follows the three Kisugi sisters-Hitomi, Rui, and Ai-who own a café called Cat's Eye. By day, they run the café, but by night, they operate as expert art thieves, leaving behind calling cards marked with "Cat's Eye." Their goal is to recover artwork once owned by their father, Heinz, a renowned art collector during the Nazi era who disappeared long ago. They hope their heists will lure him out of hiding. Meanwhile, Toshio, a detective engaged to Hitomi, is determined to catch the Cat's Eye gang, unaware that his fiancée is one of the thieves he’s chasing.
