Between the Sky and Sea - S01

In the future, the coastal town of Onomichi in Hiroshima faces a world where fish have vanished from the seas, leaving only whales behind. In response, the Ministry of Fishery launches an ambitious project: massive experimental fish tanks in space. The Onomichi Universe Fishery Union is formed to train a new generation of space fishermen. With equal employment laws pushing for gender balance, women are now encouraged to join the workforce, and six young women are chosen as the newest recruits. The story follows their journey as they train and grow into their roles as space fishermen.
