Angel Cop - S01

In the near future, Japan is plagued by rampant terrorism, and the police have grown as ruthless as the criminals they pursue. Angel, an elite member of the Special Security Force, fights relentlessly for justice, stopping at nothing to uphold the law. Her mission takes an unexpected turn when she and her partner, Raiden, investigate a string of brutal murders-each victim a known criminal, executed in gruesome fashion. The killers, a trio of psychics called the Hunters, have united to purge the city of its worst offenders. After a few clashes, two of the Hunters start questioning their own morality, but the third remains consumed by bloodlust. Enhanced by unknown cybernetic upgrades, this rogue psychic turns their violent crusade against the Special Security Force itself. Even with aid from the repentant psychics and her newly cyber-enhanced partner (following a tragic accident),Angel faces an uphill battle to track down the rogue Hunter and uncover the shadowy organization behind them.
