Amanchu!

The energetic teenage scuba diver Hikari Kohinata lives in a quiet seaside town. On her first day of high school, she meets the timid transfer student Futaba Oki, who's having a hard time adjusting after moving from Tokyo. Always the bold one, Hikari pulls Futaba into her chaotic adventures, and before long, the two form a strong friendship.
