Absolute Duo - S01

At Kouryou Academy High School, students known as "Blazers" train to summon weapons from their souls. They must partner with another student, aiming to one day achieve the legendary power of Absolute Duo. Tooru Kokonoe enrolls in the academy seeking strength after his sister and friends are killed by a mysterious man. But during the opening ceremony, he's forced to fight the person beside him, with expulsion as the penalty for losing. As Tooru readies himself for the duel, his soul produces not a weapon-but a shield, an anomaly that draws the interest of a foreign student, Julie Sigtuna.
