A Star Brighter than the Sun - S01

Sae Iwata was never the delicate, girly type-her sturdy build and strength made her naturally protective of her frail childhood friend and crush, Kouki Kamishiro. But as time passed, Kouki grew taller and more self-assured, and the distance between them widened. By the end of middle school, Sae finds herself reconnecting with him. She sees the same kindhearted boy she once knew, and her long-buried feelings begin to stir again. She tries to hold them back, but when they wind up in the same high school class, keeping her emotions in check becomes nearly impossible. As much as she tries to ignore them, the boy who shines brighter than the sun might just be meant for her after all.
