9-nine- Ruler's Crown - S01

Kakeru Niimi, a high school student, is volunteering at an anime convention to support his city when a sudden earthquake strikes. In the chaos, he stumbles into a shrine and witnesses a strange relic break. The next day, his classmate Miyako Kujou-who had been cosplaying at the event-expresses fears that the earthquake cursed her, but Niimi dismisses her concerns. His skepticism fades when he realizes people across the city are developing supernatural powers-and some are using them for harm. Luckily, Niimi isn’t on his own: Miyako, his sister Sora, and a distant girl named Noa Yuuki have also awakened to strange abilities. Together, they must work to protect their hometown while uncovering the truth behind these mysterious events.
