18if - S01

Teenager Haruto Tsukishiro wakes up in an unfamiliar bedroom inside a dream world. He discovers a bizarre app on his phone, and when he opens it, a strange woman appears, attempting to pull him into her realm. A mysterious white-haired girl intervenes, cutting their connection and helping him escape. She explains that the woman is a witch, but their conversation is abruptly interrupted. When Haruto reenters the realm, he encounters Katsumi Kanzaki, a talking cat with human traits. Pursued by the witch’s minions, they barely escape when the white-haired girl opens a door for them. Afterward, Haruto describes their unseen savior to Katsumi, an expert on dream world research, who realizes she must be "Lily"-a recurring figure across different dreamscapes. Hoping to return to reality through a blue door, they venture back into the witch’s domain. In danger once more, Lily reveals the truth: witches suffer from "Sleeping Beauty Syndrome," a deep sleep caused by trauma in their waking lives, and they can’t wake until defeated in the dream world. Haruto and Katsumi defeat the witch and find the blue door, parting ways with plans to meet in the real world. But when Haruto steps through, he wakes up in the dream world bedroom again. Determined for answers, he and Katsumi set out to unravel the secrets behind the witches, Lily, and why Haruto can’t escape the dream world.
