Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs

Kogarashi has always been able to see ghosts, and since childhood, they've haunted him-but now he's learned how to fight back. The downside? He's broke, homeless, and just wants a normal high school life. While looking for a place to stay, he stumbles upon Yuragi Manor, a cheap boarding house that used to be a hot springs inn. The rent is low because the place is haunted by the ghost of a high school student whose body was discovered there. Kogarashi isn’t worried-until he meets Yuna, the 16-year-old ghost who lives in his room. Instead of fighting her, he decides to help her resolve her unfinished business so she can pass on before turning malevolent. When the other tenants realize he’s okay with Yuna, they start revealing their own hidden quirks. Life at Yuragi Manor is anything but ordinary.
