In the early 20th century, as technology advanced, scientists merged science with magic to create "Makinot"-spell-infused circuits that could animate objects and even give them personalities. Originally designed as military weapons, these enchanted tools have since spread worldwide. Akabane Raishin enrolls at the Royal Academy, aiming to become the best. By his side is Yaya, a seemingly ordinary teenage girl who is actually his puppet weapon. Despite his unmatched combat skills and fierce determination, Raishin’s test scores rank near the bottom of his class. To rise to the top, he must face off against his deadliest rivals in a battle for supremacy.
