In a quiet Japanese city, a missing-cat flyer keeps appearing on Third Street. It shows a picture of a cat with a crooked tail and asks, "Have you seen Tama?" A young boy stops to look at it-but strangely, he has fluffy ears on his head. The neighborhood’s dogs and cats take human form and stir up all sorts of playful trouble.
