The Skull Man

Otomo City is a place where freedom and justice have withered away, replaced by conspiracy and violence. By night, a figure known as the Skull Man roams the streets-a living omen of death, leaving behind brutal carnage, even among the mutants lurking in the city's shadows. Journalist Minagami Hayato and photographer Kiriko Mamiya are drawn into the chaos when they investigate a strange killing. As they track this deadly predator through the city’s rotting underbelly, they uncover layers of corruption as deep and foul as the crimes of those in power. Their search leads them to a secret so horrifying that the city itself has become a grave to bury it. In this twisted urban nightmare, vengeance wears the face of a skull.
