The Prince of Tennis: Showdown in England's Tennis Fortress
After the Nationals, Seishun Academy is invited to a junior tennis tournament at Wimbledon. In England, Ryouma Echizen and his teammates reunite with rivals from Hyoutei Academy, Shitenhouji Middle School, and Rikkai University-Affiliated Middle School, who were also invited. The night before the tournament begins, some players are attacked by a gang, leaving them injured in the hospital. The only clues about the attackers are the silver rings they wear and the name of their leader, Keith. The middle schoolers gather to plan how to stop the gang, but their meeting is cut short by Ling Xiu, the stranger who saved Ryouma the previous night. Xiu reveals he was once part of Clack-a group of banned tennis players known for their violent methods. He warns the students to stay out of Clack’s way, insisting they can’t compete with their brutal style of play. Angry and unwilling to back down, Ryouma sneaks off with Xiu to face Keith and Clack alone. But when he learns Xiu’s real motives, Ryouma becomes even more determined to defeat Keith-not just for justice, but to save Xiu from his own past.
