The New Adventures of Gigantor

Shotaro Kaneda is a boy whose late father, a scientist, built the giant robot Tetsujin 28 after foreseeing potential threats from outer space. Shotaro holds the only controller, stored in a special case, giving him sole command over the powerful machine. If enemies seize the controller, they could turn Tetsujin 28 against Earth. When danger looms, Shotaro teams up with his allies-Dr. Shikishima and Detective Otsuka-to activate the metal guardian and protect the world from destruction.
