The Daichis Earth's Defense Family

The Daichi family is on the verge of falling apart. Seiko, the mother, is fed up with their strained life and obsessed with money-she’s handed divorce papers to her timid, otaku husband, Mamoru. Their daughter Nozomi, burdened with all the household chores, feels hurt by how everyone takes advantage of her. Meanwhile, Dai, the foul-mouthed youngest, watches helplessly as everything crumbles. But when the Galaxy Federation enlists the Daichis to fight off alien threats to Earth, they get a chance to save the world-and possibly their own family.
