Ten years after the Great War against the demon-beasts, the empire dominates the world, its prosperity built on the widespread use of aer. As the crisis in Ceazontania worsens, the local Imperial Knights realize no aid will come from the capital. Then, Niren Fedrok, the Knights' commander in Ceazontania, makes a shocking choice-one that will alter Yuri and Flynn's lives forever. What lies behind the bizarre events unfolding around them?
