Seitokai Yakuindomo the Movie

Ousai Academy used to be an all-girls high school, but with fewer students enrolling in recent years, it became co-ed. Tsuda Takatoshi, one of the first male students, now finds himself vastly outnumbered by girls. His first day gets off to a rough start when the student council president, Shino Amakusa, scolds him in front of the other members-leaving a bad impression and making him late for class. To make up for the trouble, Shino offers him a spot on the student council for vague "reasons," though it feels more like an obligation than a choice. As Tsuda settles into his new role, he quickly learns he might be the only ordinary person in the entire school.
