Shigurui: Death Frenzy

During the peaceful early Edo period, Lord Tokugawa Tadanaga organizes a brutal swordsmanship tournament. Unlike past contests fought with wooden blades, this one will use real swords. Among the fighters are two former disciples of Iwamoto Kogan, Japan’s greatest swordsman: the one-armed Fujiki Gennosuke and the blind Irako Seigen. Both seek to prove themselves as the rightful heir to their master’s legacy. Yet only one can claim victory. Their clash sets in motion a tale of entangled fates, rivalry, and unsettling destiny.
