One day, an ordinary high school girl-let's call her Ma-meets Cheko, a maid from a village of maids. Cheko can melt, fly, and even pull her own head off. Soon, other strange characters start appearing: a snow fairy who hates the cold, a talking giant squid, and plenty of unsettling figures. "Pugyuru" is a surreal, comedic world where absurdity takes center stage.
