Powerpuff Girls Z
Professor Utonium and his son Ken are researching the unusual substance known as Chemical X. During their experiments, a mochi cake accidentally falls into the formula, transforming it into Chemical Z. Ken tests the new compound by firing a ray at a glacier in Tokyo Bay, but this triggers a burst of strange lights that scatter across the city. Some of these lights hit three ordinary girls-Momoko, Miyako, and Kaoru-granting them the ability to transform into superheroes called the Powerpuff Girls Z.
