Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!

On his 10th birthday, Satoshi oversleeps and ends up with a stubborn Pikachu instead of the starter Pokémon he’d hoped for. After a rough beginning, the two form a strong bond. When they spot the legendary Pokémon Houou flying overhead, they decide to chase after it, following the trail of the Rainbow Wing it leaves behind. Satoshi is joined by fellow trainers Makoto and Souji on his adventure. During their travels, he rescues an abandoned Hitokage, raises a Caterpie into a Butterfree before letting it go to follow its dreams, and encounters the mysterious mythical Pokémon Marshadow. As they approach their destination, they face Cross-Hitokage’s former trainer-who stands in their way with arrogance and strength. Can Satoshi and Pikachu overcome this powerful opponent and reach Houou, or will their journey come to an end?
