Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew

Long ago, the people of Camaron Palace faced near destruction until Sir Aaron, the True Guardian of Aura, saved them by sacrificing himself to end a war between kingdoms. Since then, an annual tournament has been held in his honor. Satoshi, a young Pokémon trainer from Kanto, wins the latest tournament and gains the right to wield a staff believed to have belonged to Sir Aaron. From it emerges Lucario, the Aura Pokémon and former servant of the True Guardian. But haunted by the memory of his master abandoning him, Lucario flees in distress. Meanwhile, Satoshi's partner Pikachu is suddenly taken by the Pokémon Mew to the legendary Tree of Beginning. Lucario is the only one who knows the way, but his mistrust of humans-stemming from his master's betrayal-makes him reluctant to help. To save Pikachu, Satoshi and his friends must find a way to earn Lucario's trust and journey to the Tree of Beginning, where secrets from the past will come to light.
