Over a Drink
A jobless man finds a flyer asking for investors to fund the salvage of a sunken ship, with contributions starting at just 10 yen. To him-barely able to afford cheap liquor-the idea seems absurd. That night, drawn into a bar, he drinks until he passes out. When he wakes, he discovers he’s deep underwater. There, he encounters a wary samurai who, after learning the man is Japanese, teams up with him to search for treasure. Soon, they stumble upon the wreck of the Mononai-go. What fate awaits them?
