Orphen

Orphen settles into a peaceful life in a small town, taking on Majic Lin-his landlord’s son-as his student. Everything is calm and uneventful until Cleao Everlasting returns from boarding school and disrupts Orphen’s plans involving her family’s heirloom, the Sword of Baltanders. The sword, it turns out, is one of three magical relics Orphen must gather to save Azalie-it’s also the same blade Azalie used in the experiment that led to her cursed transformation. But before he can claim it, the Bloody August attacks the town, hunting for the sword. To track down the remaining Baltander artifacts, Orphen sets out with his apprentice, the young Miss Everlasting, and a pair of quirky, pint-sized companions.
