Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible

First-year high school student Junta Shiraishi is practically invisible-a background character no one seems to notice, even when he's standing right beside them. But his classmate Kubo, a girl with "heroine-level" looks, always spots him and can't resist teasing him. Anyone can become important to someone, but calling these feelings "love" might be jumping the gun. This isn't quite a romantic comedy yet-maybe more of a lighthearted, sweet story about a nobody finally being seen.
